Through deeper self-understanding, you can authentically respond to life's challenges.

Furthermore, for those dealing with OCD, I incorporate Exposure and Response Prevention training (ERP) as an evidence-based method to break free from obsessive thoughts and behaviors. I also, provide Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT) as an evidence-based treatment for OCD. This treatment method helps individuals heal from OCD without having to do exposures! Being a trauma-informed therapist, I deeply comprehend how trauma impacts individuals and their relationships. I tailor interventions from various theories to cater to your specific needs effectively.
